QA / QC ADMIN (ADM)
Job Responsibilities:

Conducting activities administration in Quality Assurance and Quality Contol of
ROM and Kelanis Coal Laboratory Section so that documents and administrative in
internal section to run smoothly and orderly in administration.

Vacancy Requirements:
Minimum Diploma degree of Secretary.
Minimum 3 (three) mounth related position as admin.
Have an ability of filling and administration management.
Excellent command in English both oral and written.
Able to operate computer (excellent in Microsoft Office).
Good interpersonal and communication skills's. Determined, adaptived,
responsive, open-minded, integrity, balance.
Ready to work in a team.
Good knowledge in document control management.

QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR (QC)
Job Responsibilities:

Monitor all the activity of coal controlling (beginning from the sample until
testing) the quality and product development of the company's output of coal to
ensure a product produced conforming to standards of quality standards of
products which belongs to the company.

Good knowledge in Chemical Analysis.
Good knowledge in Coal Quality Management.
Good knowledge in Stockpile Management.
Good knowledge in Coal Laboratory Testing.
Minimum Diploma Degree majoring Chemical Engineering.
Good planning and organizing skill.
Good knowledge in Safety.
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill.
Willing to be placed at Adaro Site (all over Indonesia).
Good knowledge in chemical statistics laboratory tests.

QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR (QA)
Job Responsibilities:

To control (insurance) the quality of company products of coal in accordance
with the analysis result of data from the laboratory to give reassurance to
customers that the products of coal has been in accord with standards and the
quality of the product which is agreed upon between the company and customers.

Good knowledge in Chemical Analysis.
Good knowledge in Coal Quality Management.

SECRETARY (SEC)
Job Responsibilities:

Scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments, including venue
arrangements;
Planning, developing and implementing filing system for Company so as to ensure
simple access to required documents.
Coordinating and arranging Company visitors and personal guests.
Concepting external business correspondences and internal memos and
announcements.
Screening all incoming letters, papers and documents to device urgency,
function, and needs.
Taking care of travel arrangement for Management, both domestic and overseas
trips.
Taking minutes of meeting in English.

Vacancy Requirements:
Female with maximum 35 years of age.
Minimum Bachelor Degree from every major, with GPA 3.00
Having 8 years experiences in similar position.
Good administration skill.
Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part
of team.
Excellent command in English.
